The Employee Wellbeing unit provides leadership to the organisational health program in the department by developing the organisational health vision, objectives, policies, strategies and performance targets in consultation with regional and program stakeholders. Major areas being Work Health, WorkCover Management, Workforce Diversity, Safer Staff Better Services.
