Evaluation of the Victorian bushfire case management service
The Victorian Bushfire Case Management Service was established in February 2009 as a joint initiative of the Australian and Victorian Governments. The service was delivered in partnership with health and community service organisations and local governments, and provided support to over 5,500 fire affected families. The service operated for two years and closed in March 2011.
The Department of Human Services commissioned an independent evaluation of the Victorian Bushfire Case Management Service.
