Standards of Practice for Victorian Centres Against Sexual Assault
The Standards of Practice Manual demonstrates a shared vision between Victorian Centres Against Sexual Assault (CASA) and the Department of Human Services in recognising the important role CASA have to play in the delivery of high quality services to victim/survivors of sexual assault. This shared position underpins the unique context each CASA works within. This includes their size, funding level, management structure, geographical location and the cultural diversity and demography of the women and children who access (or potentially have access to) the service provided by each CASA.
