Individual Support Package Guidelines
These guidelines provide information for regional and disability service provider staff involved in the development, assessment, approval and implementation of Individual Support Packages.
The guidelines, practice advice and information sheets have been updated with effect from September 2010.
This edition of the guidelines has not seen significant changes. However, some key areas have been revised to provide greater clarity of requirements for developing and approving funding plans. A summary of the key changes is available below.
The guidelines will continue to be reviewed and updated annually to incorporate updated information.

The Practice advice and Information sheets are available as separate documents, to enable required updating from time-to-time.
Note: A new information sheet, Information Sheet #6 - Goods & Services Tax (additional information), has been developed for inclusion in the 2010 edition of the Individual Support Package Guidelines.
This information is written specifically to assist facilitators in entering correct GST information in Individual Support Package funding proposals. Facilitators should print a copy of the information sheet and insert it in their copy of the Individual Support Package Guidelines folder.
