Opening of the Carlton Work and Learning Centre
On 22 March, Minister Lovell joined Patrick O'Neill from the Brotherhood of St Laurence, Rev Dr John Evans, Minister of the Church of All Nations and Member for Northern Metropolitan Region, Mr Craig Ondarchie MP, to officially open the first of five new Work and Learning Centres.
