The Planning & Resources Branch leads, facilitates or provides strategic input into policy, planning and project work across the RRHACS Division.
In particular, the Branch plays a central role in:
- Development of funding and accountability strategies
- Budget development and management
- Divisional business planning
- ICT strategy, development and support
- Information management
- Capital works planning and projects
- Human resources planning and support
- Corporate support services
- Contract management
The Branch also acts as the primary contact point and coordinates the Division's contribution to broader Department and Government initiatives in these areas. In addition, it has responsibility for preparing a range of key documents, such as the RRHACS Policy and Funding Plan and Quality Action Plan, and the Division's contribution to State Budget papers, the Departmental Plan, and the Department's Annual Report.
