Knowing Her Better is a series of three training days about immigrant and refugee women's health. Each day of training covers two modules:

• Module 1: Communication with immigrant and refugee clients
• Module 2: Using interpreters and bilingual health educators in sexual and reproductive health services
• Module 3: Building trust with immigrant and refugee clients
• Module 4: Cultural awareness in sexual and reproductive health
• Module 5: Isolation and immigrant and refugee women
• Module 6: Health service provision for immigrant and refugee women.

Time and dates: 9.00am to 4.00pm, Monday 10 August (modules 1 and 2), Monday 14 September (modules 3 and 4), Monday 12 October (modules 5 and 6).

Venue: Multicultural Centre for Women's Health, Suite 207, Level 2, Carringbush Building, 134 Cambridge Street, Collingwood, Victoria.

Cost: $154.00 per person per day or all three training days for $415.00.  Price includes lunch.
