Service Coordination Tool Templates vendor survey

The official start of use date for the SCTT 2009 for agencies working within the health and human services sectors was July 1 2009.
To assist agencies to know how their client information management systems and electronic referral systems support the SCTT 2009 tools, the Department of Human Services' Primary Health Branch is undertaking a survey of the vendors of those systems. The vendor survey also contains a number of questions on the implementation support offered to vendors by the department.
Agencies are encouraged to request the vendors of their client management systems and electronic referral systems to complete the vendor survey online by C.O.B. 28 August 2009. Note that only vendors should complete the survey.
