The Primary Health Branch funded organisation requirements document provides information for organisations in receipt of funds from the Primary Health Branch - through the Primary and Dental Health Output Group and the Small Rural Health Services Output Group (Activity 35048) - regarding specific requirements for:
- effective governance
- strategic planning and system development
- service and program delivery
- reporting or data collection.
This document should be read in conjunction with both Part 1 (Policy and Funding Guidelines Highlights) and Part 2 (Primary and Dental Health) of the Victorian health services policy and funding guidelines 2009-10.
