Health promotion conference: Learning and sharing through evaluation

In line with the conference theme, presentations will highlight evaluation methodologies, tools and learnings, whilst also creating opportunities and building the skills and confidence of workers in the region to present at formal conferences. Presenters are from local government, schools, tertiary education sector, community health, women’s health, primary care partnerships, acute health and small rural health services.
All of the presentations will address the theme ‘learning and sharing through evaluation’ and include a range of topics from re-orientating health services to include health promotion, environments for physical activity, supporting volunteers, family violence, state-wide and local evaluations and developing an evaluation tool.
Date: Tuesday 20 October
