Forum: Paving the way - pathways of care for diabetes

The forum brings together papers and presentations from experts in policy, research and practice. The Forum facilitator is Dr Norman Swan and keynote speakers include Dr Ralph Audehm, Dr Marco Bonollo and Dr Carmela Cuputo.
The forum has been endorsed by Royal College of Nursing, Australia (RCNA). Attendance attracts RCNA Continuing Nurse Education points as part of RCNA's Life Long Learning Program (5.5 points for day one and 4.5 points for day two).
