Executive Officer Leadership Breakfast

Senior leaders within health organisations and Primary Care Partnership chairs play a pivotal role in mandating changes within their organisations/partnerships and in the creation of an authorising environment for change.
This breakfast is being organised by the Victorian Healthcare Association (VHA) in recognition of the importance of leadership to the successful implementation of organisational and inter-agency change management.
Presentations will focus on the importance of leadership in cultivating the right environment for systems reform and continuous quality improvement.
Mr Simon Overland will talk about the role of leadership in implementing reforms in the Victoria Police. Ms Rosie Rowe, Director, Community Services and Allied Health, Western District Health Service will present an example of inspirational leadership in relation to chronic disease management.
Date: 7.15am to 9.00am, Thursday 27 August.
Venue: Hilton on the Park Melbourne.
