Overview
The latest edition of the RRHACS Policy & Funding Plan replaces the 2007-2008 edition. It includes all output groups of the RRHACS division and those of the Drugs Services branch, now part of the Mental Health and Drugs division. This edition has the same format as previous editions and is arranged as follows:
- Introductory section
- Part 1, Policy context: details of the Government’s goals guiding policy setting, progress measures, action plans and strategic context
- Part 2, About RRHACS: outlining health and aged care services divisional roles, divisional structure, branch roles and budget responsibilities
- Part 3, Divisional directions: outlines the division’s strategic objectives and planned developmental projects for 2006-09
- Part 4, Funding and accountability: outlines the division’s service funding mechanisms
- Part 5, Budget: structure of the overall RRHACS budget and annual State Budget initiatives for 2007-08
- Part 6, Service specifications: provides service plan and service activity information including performance requirements and special funding terms and conditions.
