Registrations are now open for this year's Romp. Grab 2-6 people to form a team and enjoy a great day unlocking the mysteries of Melbourne, all while helping the Burnet Institute to unlock the mysteries of the world’s most serious infectious diseases and cancers.

Life!Life! Taking Action on Diabetes
More than 1.5 million Australians are affected by type 2 diabetes.

In a bid to curb this growing chronic disease the Victorian Government, as part of the 'Go for your life' initiative, has developed the Life! Taking Action on Diabetes Program to support Victorians considered most at risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Seniors Week 2008Seniors Week 2008 - Be Inspired!
The theme of Seniors Week this year is 'Be inspired', and with so many events and activities on offer around the state there's bound to be plenty of inspiration for everyone.

Seniors Week celebrations run from 5-12 October and include events such as concerts, films, organised walks and outings.

The festivities begin at Federation Square on Sunday 5 October with one of the highlights being the‘Go for your life’ walk at 11.30am, a free 1-hour return walk from Federation Square, across Birrarung Marr to the MCG parklands. So get involved and be inspired!
