Role & function

The unit provides strategic divisional support to RRHACS policy initiatives and projects. It undertakes development work across the division and drives cyclical divisional planning activities and business process reviews. The unit coordinates the documentation of key policy directions and business processes in publications such as the Divisional Policy and Funding Plan. It also provides project office capability to RRHACS branches.

The unit’s work covers:

  • Research and scoping;
  • Program development and change projects;
  • Communicating Divisional directions;
  • Meeting corporate requirements;
  • Independent reviews;
  • Project support and implementation
