Role & function

The unit hosts the cross-DHS information management strategy, and provides a strategic approach to information management reform consistent with the DHS Information Management Principles.

The unit's work covers:

  • Strengthening governance arrangements for DHS program data collection and reporting.
  • Reviewing DHS program data collection and reporting requirements to identify opportunities for rationalisation and reform.
  • Implementing information management reform strategies across DHS.
