Our role
The Health Procurement and Business Services Unit is responsible for:
- freedom of Information coordination
- all complex procurement
- tendering documents
- variations to existing contracts
- contracts
- contract management advice
- all corporate purchasing functions (e.g., pens, pencils, papers, office equipment, etc.)
- asset management (e.g., mobile phones, non-IT purchases, etc.)
- accounts payable
- office and administrative engagement
- financial delegations
- EC4P user training and support
- petty cash reimbursement
