The HACC and Assessment Unit manages the Home and Community Care (HACC) program and the Aged Care Assessment Program (ACAP) in Victoria. Funds in the HACC Program of more than $300 million a year are distributed to over 500 non-government organisations who deliver a range of home-care services to the public.
