Policy and Funding Plans 2006-09

Overview

Policy and Funding Plans, together with the Service Agreement with each service provider, describe the Department of Human Services' service, accountability and policy framework.

The Policy and Funding Plans provide a consolidated program policy context facility for increased transparency in decision making and contain service specification information previously only included in the Service Agreement, with Service Agreements assuming a proper focus on services.

Service Agreements continue to be the Department's principal mechanism to document and monitor the purposes public funds are to be used for.
