The Pilot Organisations and their Flexible Use of DHS Funds

The Flexible Funding project involved a piloting process. Eight agencies elected to participate in the project:

  1. Homeground Services
  2. Lakes Entrance Community Health Service
  3. LaTrobe Community Health Service
  4. Portland District Health
  5. Rumbalara Aboriginal Cooperative
  6. Salvation Army EastCare
  7. St Luke's Anglicare
  8. Cobaw Community Health Service

The pilot agencies are either developing plans for implementing flexible use of DHS funds or have in place strategies that utilise more flexible approaches to funding. The documents attached below provide two examples of pilot agency flexible use of DHS funds.
