Corporate Integrity, Information and Resolutions Unit - CIIRu
CIIRu is located within the Portfolio Services Branch of the Department of Human Services (the Department). We have the responsibility for coordinating and managing enquiries and responses in the following areas for both the Department of Human Services and the Department of Health:
- Complaints Management,
- Human Rights,
- Disability Services Commissioner,
- Fraud Prevention,
- Ombudsman Review,
- Privacy,
- Whistleblowers; and
- Freedom of Information (FOI).
Documents held by the two departments relate to:

Department of Health

- Mental Health; and
- Senior Victorians.
Our aim is to support and guide staff to reflect both Department's values of quality service provision, professional integrity and collaborative relationships.
