Regional Programs

Community Care, Housing & Aboriginal Services

The Community Care, Housing and Aboriginal Services program provides an integrated focus for strategic service planning, service delivery, policy and practice development, quality improvement, contract management, and monitoring and evaluation activities across a range of portfolio areas in partnership with the family, housing and indigenous service sectors.

Corporate Services & People Development

The Corporate Services and People Development program is responsible for the delivery of the Region’s financial services, budget reporting, information systems, emergency management, people strategy and a wide range of administrative services and functions. The program has lead responsibility in driving a modern business structure that is responsive and adaptive to the needs of regional staff.

Disability Services

The Disability Services and Sector Development program aims to improve the quality of life of people with a disability through supports that enhance independence, choice and participation in the community guided by the priorities and principles outlined in the Victorian State Disability Plan 2002-2012 and the Disability Act (2006).

Health & Aged Care

The Health and Aged Care program provides an integrated focus for strategic service planning, service delivery, and sector development across a suite of public health and aged care portfolios.   Health and Aged Care, is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of key health and aged care portfolios including, acute health, sub-acute, primary health, mental health alcohol and other drugs, public health, and community and residential aged care.
