Third Agreement

The Department of Human Services / Health, Housing and Community Sector's third agreement Partnerships in Practice - Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), was signed on 29 July 2009.

The MoU was signed by Fran Thorn, the then Secretary of the Department of Human Services, and Cath Smith, Chief Executive Officer, Victorian Council of Social Service (VCOSS) on behalf of the independent Health, Housing and Community Services organisations.
