The Regional Operations Performance Branch is responsible for:
Supporting the development of high-quality operational practice in regions.
The establishment of stronger and more effective relationships between the department and funded organisations.
The development and implementation of a stronger regional performance-monitoring system.
Development of models to integrate responses to clients with complex needs.
The branch is made up of five units incorporating three major project teams:
- Partnership Unit
- Performance Monitoring Unit
- Quality Unit
- Risk Management Unit
- Multiple & Complex Needs Initiative
