Nomination details
Staff meeting the identified eligibility criteria will require approval from their manager to be nominated before the departmental CRT program coordinators will accept their application to do the training.

Step Two - Complete all sections of the CRT Nomination Form
Step Three - Obtain your manager's approval via signature
Step Four - Fax the form to the relevant regional or head office CRT Program Coordinator within the Department
Cost to Participants
The Department of Human Services funds the program. There is no cost to participants or related work areas.
