Executive Director: Pam White
The Operations Division facilitates a whole-of-department perspective on operational issues.
The division provides a central point of accountability for improving regional performance and manages a number of key projects for this objective.
The division also has responsibility for statewide co-ordination following emergencies.

- Youth Justice Custodial Services
- Regional Operations Performance.
