North Eastern AIDS Prevention Program is a Primary Needle and Syringe Exchange and Harm Reduction Program. It is based at Darebin and Banyule Community Health Services. It also operates an Outreach service in Northcote, Thornbury, Preston, Reservoir, Thomastown, Lalor, Epping, West Heidelberg, Fairfield, Mill Park Bundoora, Heidelberg, Greensborough and Eltham.
