Dr Tony Cull has been appointed Executive Director of the Royal Children’s Hospital.

Dr Cull has more than 35 years in the health industry and has held a number of senior clinical, consulting and management roles in Australia and New Zealand.

Women’s and Children’s Health Chief Executive Officer Associate Professor Kathy Alexander said Dr Cull’s experience and knowledge, especially in the clinical and management areas, would be of tremendous benefit to the hospital.

Dr Cull will also act as Chief Medical Advisor for Women’s and Children’s Health.

He replaces Professor Glenn Bowes who has been appointed Stevenson Professor of Paediatrics and Head of the Department of Paediatrics at the University of Melbourne.
