scenic flight that took in breathtaking views of the coast on a clear autumn
day. |
Residents of Bass Coast Regional
Health aged care facility Griffiths Point Lodge, San Remo, have gone to new
heights for the thrill of their lives.
Activities Coordinator Donna
Dalton arranged for the local air service Phillip Island Helicopters to provide
joy rides for residents at the lodge.
On a perfect autumn day the
helicopter landed in the grounds of the hostel.
Residents were helped into the
helicopter and were treated to the magnificent views of San Remo and Phillip
Island including Cape Woolamai and Newhaven.
Bass Coast Regional Health
Community Services Director Kaye Beaton thanked the pilots for their help in
ensuring a memorable ride.
