Interchange’s new patron Paul ‘The Big Fish’ Salmon helps Jason, 12, take a big balloon mark.

AFL legend and current Victorian Father of the Year Paul Salmon is Interchange Victoria Respite Care Association’s newest recruit.

‘The Big Fish’ joins the Interchange team as patron.

‘Interchange volunteers provide support to children and young people with disabilities and their families.

‘Each year more than 2,500 Victorians give their time through Interchange programs to help more than 2,000 families.

‘These volunteers contributed 300,000 hours of respite and support over the last 12 months,’ said the former Essendon and Hawthorn star.

‘There are more than 1,700 Victorian families awaiting Interchange services and its programs throughout the state need volunteers.

‘Join me on the team and help make a difference.’
