Victoria’s three ambulance services will be unified to form a new statewide agency, Ambulance Victoria, following widespread support for the proposal.

Victorian nurse wins national award

Royal Melbourne Hospital nurse Kelly Leiper has been named Australian Graduate Nurse of the Year at the HESTA Australian Nursing Awards.

Victoria’s top nurse heroine of the bush

Dingee Bush Nursing Centre Manager Vivienne Fazulla has been judged 2008 HESTA Victorian Nurse of the Year.

Information CD on hepatitis C for schools

The Alfred Hospital’s Education and Resource Centre (ERC) has launched an interactive CD that will be used to educate Year Eight and Nine students about the dangers of hepatitis C.
