Guidelines for submission and an application form for the 2006 Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) Quality Improvement (QI) Awards are now available.

Current members of the ACHS Evaluation and Quality Improvement Program (EQuIP) are eligible to apply.

The ACHS QI Awards, supported by Baxter Healthcare, recognise quality activities, programs, projects or strategies that demonstrate outstanding achievements.

The 2006 categories include clinical, support and corporate quality.

Closing date for applications is Friday, June 30.
