New head for Aged Care branch

Aged Care Assistant Director Jane Herington
New Aged Care Assistant Director Jane Herington brings a wealth of skills and experience to the role, says Department of Human Services Aged, Community and Mental Health Director Angela Jurjevic.

Ms Herington has undertaken a range of senior executive positions in Victoria and Tasmania in the areas of housing, community services and local Government.

Her recent positions include RMIT Human Resources Director and Yarra City Council City Strategy and Services Director.

Ms Herington has Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Social Work degrees from Melbourne University.
