Implementation of SCTT 2009 in systemsThe official start of use date for the Service Coordination Tool Templates (SCTT) 2009, the latest version of the SCTT, for agencies working within the health and human services sectors was July 1 2009. To assist agencies to know how their client management systems and electronic referral systems support the SCTT 2009 the Department of Health undertook a vendor survey. All vendors of client management systems and electronic referral systems used by agencies working within the health and human services sectors were encouraged to complete the vendor survey. Responses to the vendor survey are below. Latest version of implementation productsService Coordination Tool Templates 2009 SCTT Layout – Version 4.2 Victorian Statewide Referral Form VSRF Layout – Version 1.1 Personal Alert Victoria Assessment Tool PAV Layout – Version 1.1 § In addition to referring to the Change Control Table, vendors are strongly encouraged to refer to the tool layouts, the high level and the low level conceptual models, the data dictionaries, the code sets, the HL7 messaging implementers specifications, the functional specifications, and relevant state, national, and international standards prior to implementation of SCTT 2009.
