Overview

A key aim of Victoria’s Primary Care Partnership strategy is to develop and utilize Information Management (IM) and Information Communication Technology (ICT) to enhance service coordination.

Note: this page is currently being updated and when complete will include information on the various state and commonwealth IM/ICT initiatives supporting service coordination.

Implementation of SCTT 2009 in systems

The official start of use date for the Service Coordination Tool Templates (SCTT) 2009, the latest version of the SCTT, for agencies working within the health and human services sectors was July 1 2009.

To assist agencies to know how their client management systems and electronic referral systems support the SCTT 2009 the Department of Health undertook a vendor survey.

All vendors of client management systems and electronic referral systems used by agencies working within the health and human services sectors were encouraged to complete the vendor survey. Responses to the vendor survey are below.
