Client Relationship Information System for Service Providers (CRISSP)

CRISSP is a flexible client information and case management system, developed by the Department of Human Services for the community services sector.

CRISSP provides an extensive range of functions for recording client information, assisting case management and enabling electronic reporting of data required by the department.

Eligible community service organisations have free access to CRISSP, and receive funding from the department for Placement and Support Services, Disability Services, Youth Justice and Early Childhood Intervention Services.

Information for community service organisations that are funded to provide services in:

  •  Disability Services
    Information for people who provide Disability Services in programs such as accommodation services, day programs and individualised support.
  •  Placement and Support
    Information for people who provide Placement and Support Services including Out of Home Care, Families First and other support services.
  •  Youth Justice and Youth Services
    Information for people who provide Youth Justice and Youth Services including Youth Justice Community Support Service, Finding Solutions, Adolescent Support and Leaving Care.
  •  Family Services
    Family Services Case Development Suspended (June 2012).
  •  CRISSP Training
    Lists all CRISSP training courses available and details on how to nominate for training.
