Training calendar for My Agency and Service Agreement Module

Are you confused by My Agency (the secure area of Funded Agency Channel) and how it relates to the Service Agreement Module?

Would you like some help navigating the two systems?

Do you understand the reports that are available?

If not, then maybe it’s time for you to undertake some Funded Agency Channel (FAC) training.

If you are a registered FAC user, the videos and guidelines on the Using My Agency [opens in a new window] page will assist you to accept a first time agreement in the Service Agreement Module, undertake your organisation's compliance, complete your Service Delivery Tracking and understand the RIS (client specific funding) reports on My Agency.

There are also a limited number of hands-on training sessions have been scheduled to assist organisation staff to use both My Agency and the Service Agreement Module (SAM).

Training is provided to registered FAC users from organisations that are in receipt of service agreement funding from the Department of Health and Human Services and/or the Department of Education and Training. All training is free of charge, however, cancellations within 24 hours of the training may incur a $75 cancellation fee.

Training sessions are approximately three and a half hours in length, from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm, and are held at 50 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne.

Please note: you must be a registered FAC user prior to registering for training. This means you must have an eBusiness account (username and password) and have logged into My Agency.

Topics covered in the training include:

  • accessing and understanding funding, targets, invoices and other service agreement data
  • viewing users and organisation authority
  • completing Service Agreement Compliance Certification (SACC)
  • printing contract and variation agreement documents
  • updating contact details
  • viewing Regional Individual Support Package System (RIS) client data and funding breakdown (Department of Health and Human Services funded organisations, where applicable)
  • completing Service Delivery Tracking (SDT) and viewing SDT reports (Department of Health and Human Services funded organisations, where applicable).

Sessions for the remainder of 2017 are as follows:

  • Tuesday 19 September
  • Wednesday 22 November 
  • Wednesday 13 December

Remember, you must already have a FAC username and password.
