Accessing My Agency for funded organisation users

For funded organisation users, My Agency is now accessible via the Department of Human Services' (DHS) eBusiness Portal. The DHS eBusiness Portal is the department's secure gateway through which a number of applications are accessed by our service partners and is provided for use as a shared service application between DHS, Department of Health and Department of Education and Early Childhood and Development (DEECD).

You will need an eBusiness username and password to log in which is obtained by registering to access Funded Agency Channel application.

If you are a registered eBusiness user (with a username and password), there are two ways to access the eBusiness Login page, depending on what you wish to do.

If you wish to:

1. Change your password, update your profile, add a new application, access your EUS application (for Organisation Authorities), go to the eBusiness Portal (external link - opens in a new window).

2. Go straight to My Agency.

Register for eBusiness

If you are not a registered eBusiness user and need to access My Agency, then you will need to register by selecting the I want to register link via the eBusiness Login page:

Forgotten your eBusiness password or username

If you have forgotten your eBusiness password or username, select the I forgot my login details link on the eBusiness Login page:

If you experience difficulties, call eBusiness Support Service on 1300 799 470 (toll free). Select support option 1 (for assistance with eBusiness), then select option 4 (for assistance with an eBusiness password or to contact eBusiness support). For more information, refer to userguide:

Add My Agency to an existing eBusiness account

If you are a registered eBusiness user, and wish to:

  • add the My Agency (Funded Agency Channel) application to your existing eBusiness account, select the My Requests tab in the eBusiness Portal
  • select another eBusiness application for which you are registered, select the application from the My Applications list in the eBusiness Portal.

If you are a registered eBusiness user, and you wish to change your password, select the Change Password tab after you have logged into the eBusiness Portal:

If you are a registered eBusiness user and wish to change your profile details, such as your email or phone number, select the My Profie tab after you have logged into the eBusiness Portal:

Already registered for My Agency in eBusiness

If you have already registered to access My Agency (Funded Agency Channel) via eBusiness, then log into My Agency from the eBusiness Login page:

You can also access My Agency through the My Agency tab in the left hand side navigation panel of the Funded Agency Channel website. This link also takes you to the eBusiness Login page.

Multi-organisation user
