Quality Framework tools and templates
The resources below have been developed by the department to assist disability service providers to implement the Quality Framework. You may wish to view contributed resources.
Areas of life important to people
the Quality Framework identifies 16 areas of life important to people with a disability. These life areas describe what is important to the broader Victorian community and are directly associated with the way wellbeing is measured for all Victorians. Each life area is defined by an outcome.
Areas of Good Practice Important to Disability Services Providers
The Quality Framework defines areas of good practice that are important to organisations. These practice areas cover the things that organisations have defined as important to the day-to-day operations of a disability service provider.
