The Disability Act 2006 requires that specific information is provided to people using disability services. The policies developed by Disability Services Division to support the Act also include information requirements that may be in the form of notices, statement or forms. Practitioners' guide to the Disability Act 2006 has been developed for staff in disability services and students and trainers in disability studies courses.
