Recognition awards
The Department of Human Services recognizes high achievements and commitment in the area of Child Protection, and other efforts to protect and improve the quality of life of all Victorian children. DHS is especially proud of the work of Robin Clark and believes her outstanding efforts live on.
Also notable is the great work and commitment by Aboriginal people who devote tirelessly as carers in their own communities.
- Aboriginal Carer of the Year Award
This award is aimed at Victorian Aboriginal carers providing home-based care for Aboriginal children and/or young people, who are unable to live with their parents due to abuse or neglect.
- Robin Clark Memorial Awards
The Robin Clark Memorial Awards recognises staff from the children youth and families sector for their excellence in child protection.
