Recognition awards

The Department of Health and Human Services recognises high achievements and commitment in the area of child protection, and other efforts to protect and improve the quality of life of all Victorian children. The department is especially proud of the work of Robin Clark and believes her outstanding efforts continue to live on.

Also notable is the great work and commitment of Aboriginal people who devote tirelessly as carers in their own communities.

2016 Robin Clark Protecting Children Awards

The 2016 Robin Clark Protecting Children Awards recognises the varied work taking place to improve the safety and wellbeing of children and young people in Victoria. Award recipients come from the Victorian government’s child protection program, the community service sector, individuals and the broader community.

The awards aim to recognise the outstanding work, commitment to service excellence and leadership at the highest standard, as well as innovative education initiatives and contributions to achieving the protection and wellbeing of children, young people and families in Victoria.
