IRIS Family Services user manual
The Integrated Reports and Information System (IRIS) used by Family Services to record all hours of service provided to clients underwent an upgrade in April 2007 to comply with the provisions of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 and the Strategic Framework for Family Services.
IRIS Training is provided by the Information and Information Management Team for all IRIS Users (this includes all Department of Human Services programs that use IRIS, not only Family Services).
