You can request a review if you don't agree with our decision about your application for:
- Mortgage relief assistance
- Home modification loan
- Group Self Build program
You'll need to complete the Home Finance Review Office Application Form.
Your application will be assessed by the Home Finance Review Office. Their job is to try to resolve any problems you may have with your government supported home loan or the quality of service you have received.
Appeal process
The steps you should follow to resolve any issues are:
- Talk to the people who manage your loan or program. Sometimes the problem can be resolved just by talking about it.
- If you can't get the answers you need, contact the Home Finance Review Office by completing and returning the Home Finance Review Office Application Form.
