Other agencies offer a variety of benefits to eligible cardholders to assist low-income Victorians with education bills. If you have a relevant concession card, you may be eligible for one of these benefits.

- Kindergarten fee subsidy for 4-year-old children
The kindergarten fee subsidy is government funding paid to organisations to enable eligible families to attend kindergarten for free or minimal cost. - Centre of Adult Education Fees
The Centre of Adult Education Fees (CAE) provides concessions on course fees. The level of the concession varies between courses. - Education conveyance allowance
The education conveyance allowance is provided by the Department of Education to assist eligible students with the cost of travel to school. - Education maintenance allowance
The Education Maintenance Allowance assists low income parents or guardians with the costs of schooling. - Kindergarten program for 3-year-old Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children
Three year old Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children can access up to 10 hours a week of a funded early childhood program planned delivered by a qualified early childhood teacher. - Early Start Kindergarten for 3-year-old children known to child protection
Three year old children known to Child Protection can access up to 5 hours (typically 2-3 hours) per week of a funded kindergarten program for free. - TAFE enrolment fees concession
TAFEs may offer concessions on enrolment fees for cardholders and their dependent spouses.
