Rural Women's Network

The Rural Women’s Network is not a formal organisation, but rather a way of linking groups and individual women. Links are forged between groups from different backgrounds with varied objectives and activities, providing opportunities for the exchange of information and ideas.

Networking to build stronger communities

The Rural Women's Network encourages individuals and community groups to work together to build strong communities. We work with other Victorian Government agencies located in regional Victoria. We focus on rural issues to strengthen the network and support action for change through enabling and empowering women in their communities.

Our networking magazine

One of the Rural Women’s Network’s most popular methods of reaching women is through its magazine, Network. Network is an appealing and engrossing selection of stories and opinions, written primarily by rural women. Network provides access to information and services from government and the community to further support and strengthen rural women.

Women with disabilities - Rural Women’s Network aims to be accessible and inclusive.

Please contact us with your ideas and suggestions for improving access and inclusion.
