Building Projects
The Victorian Government continues to build and redevelop over 1,000 new public and social housing building sites throughout the state. To deliver these projects, the department works with public housing tenants, local communities, property developers, builders, local councils and the not-for-profit sector.
The Victorian Government is determined to continually improve public and social housing, by improving facilities and enhancing public housing residents' access to social networks.
We are designing innovative and high quality homes. Our designs are cost-effective to build and to live in, with low ongoing maintenance and living costs for public housing residents.
