2.4 Authorised Signatories
Organisation
An officer authorised to sign on behalf of the organisation must sign the service agreement. The authorised signatory will depend on the legal status of the organisation. For example, the authorised signatory for local government would be the Chief Executive Officer. Where an organisation is incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act, the authorised signatory would be the President of the association.
Department
Via an instrument of delegation, the Secretary of the Department of Human Services (and, where applicable the Director of Housing) has authorised the following to sign service agreements:
- Divisional Executive Directors and divisional Directors
- Regional Directors.
