2.1 Service Agreement Types
The Department of Human Services (DHS), Department of Health (Health) and Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (DEECD) use a range of service agreements to articulate accountability for service delivery and funding. The terms and conditions in schedule 1 of the service agreement may vary slightly depending on the type of agreement and funding department. Most clauses are identical.
Organisations funded by DHS, Health and/or DEECD have a separate service agreement for each funding department. These can be viewed directly on the Funded Agency Channel by authorised persons.
The standard terms and conditions were reviewed in 2009-10, and changes implemented with effect from 1 July 2010.
