Bali bombing support

The recent decision to execute the men responsible for the 2002 Bali bombings may have triggered thoughts or brought back painful memories for those involved in this incident, or those who had friends or family involved.

Common reactions to past events being re-activated include sleeplessness, anxiety, irritability, tiredness and lack of motivation. During this time it is important that you take extra care and time to look after yourself.

Some people may wish to seek further support such as counselling. It is better to do this sooner rather than later as a preventive measure before things feel too uncomfortable.

If you, your family members or friends are experiencing any symptoms that are causing distress, assistance is available.
