This section offers information on specialist supports to assist people with a disability, their families, carers and support providers in matters relating to behaviour intervention or the criminal justice system, involving people with a disability.

Disability Services can assist you to get the supports you need to enable you to fulfil your plans for the future. These supports may be funded by Disability Services or available in your local community.

If you are currently receiving Disability Services supports and you wish to change the types of supports you have, contact the Intake and Response Service for advice and information.
Information about Disability Services supports
The following supports are funded by the Department of Human Services and are provided in partnership with agencies and other funded organisations or managed by Regional staff of the Department of Human Services.
For information on available supports, select the one that interests you:
- Individualised Support Packages – providing flexible funding, after planning with you, to suit your particular needs
- Behaviour Intervention Services – providing specialist supports for people who demonstrate challenging behaviour
- Disability Services Criminal Justice – providing specialist supports for people with an intellectual disability who are or at risk of becoming involved in the criminal justice system due to offending behaviour
