Aids and Equipment Program Bushfire Response
People who need replacement aids and equipment as a result of the bushfires, and the item was originally purchased through the Victorian Aids and Equipment Program (A&EP), should contact their local issuing centre who will arrange for the equipment to be replaced.
Where possible a reissue item will be provided. Where a suitable reissue item is not available the issuing centre will place an order for a new item. Requests for replacement items will be treated as the highest priority, i.e. no wait request.
Issuing centres will also facilitate the replacement of concentrators and oxygen cylinders for clients with suppliers as soon as possible for those clients funded for oxygen under the A&EP.
A list of aids and equipment issuing centres is available.
